Peter Baker, the Principal of Wellington Auctioneers and Property Brokers entered Real Estate 22 years ago.
He is a licensed auctioneer and real estate agent who has always been involved in the practise of real estate in Hobart and more recently in Richmond.
Besides continuing his involvement in listing and selling he is currently the "auctioneer in charge" for 10 Hobart Real Estate companies.
Peter has been a resident of Richmond Village for 28 years and is a keen observer of the local real estate market.
